Mr. Safo Adu Kwabena was born on the 7th of August, 1960 at Obo Kwahu. He is an Accountant by profession and holds Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting Option) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology School of Business and also holds ICA (GH) level 2 from IPS, Legon Accra.

He worked at Controller and Accountant General Department and for various Government Hospitals as senior Accountant for the past 30 years and retired in the year 2017 as Chief Accountant for Techiman Municipal Health Directorial
