John Kingsley Boakye-Mensah - Chairman

Mr. John Kingsley Boakye-Mensah was born on the 10th of June, 1952.  He is married with three children.  He is a barrister of law from Ghana law school.  He holds BSc (Administration) Management option from University of Ghana Legon.  In addition he holds Diploma in Public Relations Advertising and Marketing from Ghana Institute of Journalism. He also holds certificate of shorthand (Pitman) Typing, Commerce and Accounting. He served as Clerk Grade1 with Public Services Workers Union of TUC, Secretary to Manger, Ambassador Hotel and Manager of West Line Hotel, Takoradi.

From 1995 to 2000 he was the Manager of SSNIT Guest House. In 2001 he was the Management representative –La Palm Royal Hotel.  From 2002 -2007 he was a legal Manager at SSNIT, Legal Department and from 2008 He was the Prosecution Manager –Compliance Department SSNIT, till his retirement. Since 2003 he has been the legal adviser to Kwahu Praso Rural Bank Ltd. Board Secretary, Intercity holding Company Accra. Legal Adviser, Consultant – Mponua Rural Bank Ltd Nkawkaw, and Director to institute of African Studies, Legon. Holds certificate in Hotel Management and certificate in shorthand and Typing with 41 years working experience.
